In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, Hotel Cetera requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and Hotel Cetera (hereinafter called 'Management') under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):
The room tariff is not inclusive of any government taxes (IVA) or any charges for food and beverages and other services are available at extra cost. To know your room tariff, please contact the Duty Manager, guest registration forms must be signed on arrivals.
2. Settlement Of Bills
Bills must be settled upon entry. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, the hotel does not reimburse.
Check in time if the room is still occupied is approximately 12 noon. Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records and will be sent directly to law enforcement and Interpol. These documents will be returned upon departure. Please make sure your form of ID is legible, otherwise, you will be required to present another form of picture ID. If you are a minor under no circumstances what so ever will you be permitted in the premises unless you are accompanied by an adult with proof of ID.
Check out time is by 10:00a.m. please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability . If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
No pets of any kind are allowed on property, however, there are pet sitting facilities available.
6. Government rules and regulations and application of laws
Guests are requested to observe , abide by, conform to, and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations at all time.
7.Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Rooms are furnished and inventoried any missing/damaged items will be charged at replacement prices.
Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage
Bringing goods and / or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management , its other guests , invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests's own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
Gambling, soliciting, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs and animals are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
10. Guest misconduct
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise,
proper attire is also required. The only individuals allowed in the rooms are our documented and registered guests. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other
areas of the hotel forthwith , Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the
Management will have the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.
11. Relation between Management and Guest
Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy , or any other right to interact in the premises or any part or portion thereof, in favor of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the entire premises .
Guests must not forget to leave keys at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises or when in a hurry to get things done and leaves the premises. Without key lock cannot be opened unless broken. Lost keys will be charged.
13. Photographs and Video's
Using photographs and video's taken in hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
In the event of any confusion or inconsistency between the English version and any other language version of these rules, the English version shall prevail.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO , OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, BUT WILL NOT CONTORT ANY LAWS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT .
Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right to
repudiate the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
